Istanbul Street Food in Toronto

We have started these weekend events before Covid it with our Chef Gurkan Ulaman. Chef Ulaman is specialized in Istanbul street food. he used to have a Kokorec restaurant on Danforth street in Toronto.

We have been doing our events on Sundays usually every other week, sometimes every week.

Here is some of the istanbul Street Food items we had in our menu so far:

Kokorec-kokoretsi, Tantuni, Turkish Cevabi (Inegol Kofte sandwich), Liver Shish, Chagh kebab (lamb and chicken), Balik Ekmek (Istanbul Mackerel sandwich), sucuk doner, mumbar, kavurma (Turkish lamb sautee), Gaziantep style katmer dessert from another specialized chef, Midye tava (fried mussels on a stick), patsa soup (paca corba) and so on.
